With the company's strong financial performance and growth prospects, it's exciting to see how they continue to innovate and lead in the aerospace and defense sectors. Looking forward to seeing how the UltraFan engine development progresses.
Thanks. It's not an exact science. I go through hundreds of stocks every week to find a few candidates for our weekly list of companies in drawdowns.
When a company is in a drawdown, the next question to ask is whether it's a structural issue or a cyclical issue. Like to simplify in this case, ultimately it's very unlikely that Rolls-Royce was going to go bankrupt since it has UK government backing.
Other questions to ask are:
Is the unit economics profitable?
How significant is the capital investment risk?
How strong are the company’s financials?
Is the management clear about the challenges?
Here is an example of how these answers would have looked for Meta (in 2022)

Yes. Plus I am excited for the new B52 engines.
Learning a lot from these articles, thank you for your efforts. Any tips on how to spot these companies early on (in drawdown)?

Nice report - Also a slight correction "U.S. B-52 replacement program (the same ones that just bombed Iran)".
The B-52 was not involved in bombing Iran - It was the B2 which bombed Iran.
Great catch!
Bhuvan Thank you for your kind support! 🙏
